    Arrow How can i know that the browser user using supports tabbed browsing

    in my web page i want when the user click on a link with or with out pressing ctrl or shift keys.
    if he press shift key while click on the link the browser thatdo not suuport tabbed browsing will not open the new tab or not open a new window, so to avoid it i want the script by using i can know that the browser has tabbed browsing or not.

    You really shouldn't care what the user's browser is capable of in this regard or how he or she may choose to utilize it. Those features belong to the user to use as they see fit. Just try to design your pages so that they are accessible no matter what sort of browser is used.
