User Upload/Download Center

I'm not that great with PHP, but I want to make a User Upload/Download Center, I searched Hotscripts but nothing good came up!

Please help! Here is what I want it to be like, with categories if possible.

Also, is there a way I could put a limit on the file size maximum? Thanks everyone!

This is a very complex script. Few people would be willing to spend several hours writing one for you. My advice is learn PHP.

I didn't ask for them to write it...I just was asking if anyone knew of a downloadable one..
It took a while, but I found it.
