    Default Ban Dynamic IP's?

Sorry if this has been answered, I tried using the search but it says the words "Ban" and "IP" are too short to search for.

Well the topic says it all, is there any way to ban people with dynamic IP's without banning an entire range?
I have searched this a lot and the closest I have found is from the support forum of the phpBB forum development. They made a mod to send a cookie that auto bans every IP the user logs in with. I don't find this very practical as I'm the type of guy who clears my cookies automatically after FireFox closes so it's just too easy to avoid.

Edit: Also I already know I can ban people's hostnames but some people have different hostnames for different IP's aswell.

    Any and all suggestions appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Reliably? No.

If you're having persistent problems with a particular person and you can identify their ISP using a WHOIS query, you could always check if their behaviour violates the terms of their service provider and report them. A stern warning from their ISP to revoke their Internet access might make them behave.

    Good luck,
    Mike
