1) Script Title: Fixed Tooltip

3) Describe problem: I'm trying to use this script to provide more information on hotspots in a large map. This map is currently slightly larger than the screen size. The tooltips do not display at the cursor/hotspot location - in fact if the screen is scrolled up a bit, the tooltips may display off the screen altogether. Am I trying to get the script to perform the impossible? Is there some other way or some other script which give me this function?
