Aol Explorer:Picture in address bar

I've seen several websites (dynamicdrive being one of them), in which the site has placed its own icon in the address bar of the browser (I use AOL Explorer, I'm not sure if there is an icon with other browsers). Could anyone please tell me a script to change the icon? ~Thanks
