Hello,

I am looking for a script that will allow my readers to update one of my web pages. I am updating the contents of my site twice daily and unless people manually refresh their browser windows, they can not see my changes.

Is there anyway, i can insert a code and a link that says UPDATE THE PAGE ? that way nobody has to enter F5 or refresh window icon.
