Fake Blue Screen

i would want to know if there is a script that shows fake blue screen or anything simillar in full screen when entering a page.

or if the text/bluescreen cant display it self. how about an image ? an image that shows it self in fullscreen when we enter a page.

can you give me the java script. i posted in java script section guessing the code would be most possible with javascript. thank you.
