About the carousel slideshow

I was trying to set the carousel slide show. The carousel itself is working but it can't read the pictures I uploaded to my site.
I uploded 12 pictures called "1.jpg" to "12.jpg" (154x191 pixels) to a folder called "images" on my site. I also uploded the "placehoder.gif", and changed the 7 parameters and added the 3.87*... but it can't show the pics!!!
Here's the whole scripts, please can someone tell me where did I go wrong?
