help with dhtml image fade in script

I have been working for days trying to make this script work. It is just
what I want and I have used something like it before. Could someone
look at it for me with fresh eyes. The little yellow tab doesn't appear
anywhere. Here is the script url: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/image4.htm. I've copied it exactly , get the first image up but nothing
fades in. Have tried different pictures. My pictures are bigger (200x400px)
but that is the only big difference. Help
