It's a flash object. It would take ALOT of code to make a script that complex. I suggest asking about it

Its not all that difficult. It is all getUrls and basic motion tweens. If you notice the use the same mouseOver sequences for each one, with a different text link inside.
Once you have the tweens and graphics it would be about 40 lines of AS to complete.
