File Uploading help please

Hi guys.

I wonder if someone could help me with regard to having an upload area on a website. Basically i would like the person viewing my website to be able to browse for a file on their PC and then upload this to the website server so i can download this at my convinience using FTP.
Would i need server side scripting as well as a script within the website? Any information would be grately appreciated.

• It allows you to do an upload. Then it also allows you to download. So Users can use the upload and you can take out the download place it on a seperate page and you use the download. Instead of using FTP.
