OK, I have a website coded in PHPNuke, which was not the best idea, but it works, I guess. I need to put the time on the website. Wether in a block or a module, it doesn't matter, but I have tried so many things allready, anything that will get it in there will be fine by me. I need it to show Local time (on the user's computer) and Zulu time or GMT, UCT, World time, whatever you want to call it. Any help would be much abliged.


Also, maybe I could kill two birds with one stone, I have the problem of some links that I have put in blocks on the right hand side of the website not opening up in a new window. Is this possible, and if so, how can I accomplish this as well?
