A Blog / Page-In-Page Question

Hi. I have a website I would like to add a blog to. There is a left navigation bar, center content space, and a right bar for Google. The thing is, I do not want to create a blog and link to it from my website, or host my own blog and link it to my website.

What I want to do is to host my own blog (or create one) and have it inside the content area of my website. I know I could probably do this if I hosted my own blog and fully customized it. But if I do this, every time a change is made to the format of the site, I would have to go in and fix the coding of the blog, too.

I know I could probably use a page-in-page script, but from what I can remember is that it is not very user-friendly.

Can anyone offer a suggestion please?

If you use Google Blog you can make it be in your own web site. Theres a section in the user set-up part to fill out the info and upload it to your server.
