I am looking for a script to implement on my web site.

There will be a photo contest, and i was wondering if there's anyway, I could add a script under the pics and maybe on a different browser, we can see the counts of votes?

Javascript cannot do this. You would need to store the voting results on a server. To do that, you would need either a third party solution or to make use of your host's server side language(s) if any are available to you.

For third party options, try Googling:

To use your host's capabilities, first find out if anything is available to you. The customer service or help area that your host has would be a good starting point.
