Im new to all this and I am trying to build a web site using dreamweaver.

I was wondering how you insert the css code that is already done ie

there is a dynamic css code to enlarge picture on a rollover. but I dont know how to insert the code.

can anyone help

The easiest way would be to make your page up in DW the way you want it to look and then to add the markup and css as per instructions using a text editor. DW does have a view code mode that probably could be used just as easily as a text editor.

Bottom line, if you are going to install special effects from third parties (which is what all the effects, scripts and styles at DD are), you need to get comfortable looking at the raw code of a page and editing it. Trial and error is a good teacher but it also helps to know some of the basics. A very good tutorial site is:
