IE not centering...

IE is fine if you know how to code for it, even better if you know how to code for other browsers and have your code also work in IE. Often times, all that is required for IE to follow some of the same conventions as other browsers is to use a loose (or any) DTD. Where centering is at issue, there can be some odd behaviors. Best to apply centering as deep within the document as possible (just on the element needed, not on elements above it), use a width along with margin:0 auto; or resort to text-align:center; but, avoid redundant centering techniques.
