IE/Maxthon Left Absolute Position failing!
Can anyone help me to solve this CSS issue.

The search "box" appears correctly on the left in Firefox and Opera.
Not so in IE and Maxthon where it, for some stupid reason, appears on the right!

All being tested in Windows XP, I'm afraid.
Maxthon - my favoured browser - was known as MyIE aka MyIE2

I changed the layout plan and gone for "direct" absolute positioning rather than "left margins"
... until I know more.
