    Default is it a dynamic site?

    ive created a website in html it was almost complete but decided to convert it in php. i mean i just save it as .php and used the function <? include home.php ?>. i have the files overallheader.php, leftcontent.php, overallfooter.php which i integrated to my index.php. I dont know if its a dynamic website sorry for this noob question. thanks anyway.

    The term dynamic isn't precisely defined when it comes to websites. At Dynamic Drive, it seems to imply content on a page that changes with user interaction. Sometimes just something like a slide show that changes on its own. However, the word itself merely conveys the idea of liveliness. Dynamic is in the eye of the beholder, if your site is dynamic to you, it is dynamic to you.
