IFrames and Mouseover scrolling

A long time ago I had a friend who built a website with a frame that did not have the traditional scrollbars on the side. Instead it had one image to go up, and one image to go down.. I found a similar script in the DD libraries, but the images are aligned to the bottom right corner of the window... I was wondering if someone could help me alter the script so that i could place the images wherever. IF anyone could help me please, i'd greatly appreciate it. By adjusting these variables:

var Hoffset=70 //Enter buttons' offset from right edge of window (adjust depending on images width)
var Voffset=80 //Enter buttons' offset from bottom edge of window (adjust depending on images height)

You should be able to get the images to appear anywhere you like.
