Load html in div

I've read this tutorial about dynamic ajax content and it is similar to what i need. I need to load html in div automatically no need to click any link. sorry for this question i know its very lame. thanks.

Thanks! But I still have a problem displaying the images. i placed the leftcontent.html(the ajaxinclude file) i want to put in my index.html in the root dir. so the leftcontent.html and my index.html is in the root dir. it works perfect. clear? . This is the problem i want to put the leftcontent.html which is in the root dir in the html file thats is in the root dir folder that has a sub dir. it shows the leftcontent.html and the style of the leftcontent.html but it doesnt show the images and flash files which is in the root dir folder named images. should i be confined in the same dir? can anyone help me? thanks again.

No, but you have to specify the image paths as if they were in the index page.

One more question, how will search engines can search my site. sample if the words they want to look is the ajaxed file. will it show the ajax file only or the whole page? just wondering...

I want to do this ajax thing bec i want every page of my site to look like updated. is there any proper thing to use with my prob or ajax is ok?

You'd do a lot better to use server-side scripting.

The search engine won't see the AJAXed content, no, at least based on founded information.
