    Post Good user management sytem?

Hi,I know this question must of been asked 1,000 times but i'm looking for a good management system,I have a section of my sites that uses lots of bandwith due to high level of images and wanted to get my visitors to register so they can access it and give me a bit of control over the usage.I'm looking for a simple to install system that has its own install.php file to edit the phpmyadmin table, for some reason i cannot access it via my admin panel but can use ones that edit the tables themself,I have found heaps but all with manually creating msql tables.I would like it to have the following features:

    -Register
    -Login
    -Logout
    -Forgot Password?
    -Send newsletter
    -Password encryption
    -Email verification
    -sessions or cookies

If anyone knows about a good simple one please let me know Thank you

    regards

    Mav

i can build u it if you want.

its simple just use the session along with a database. alongside the projects im doing for myself i can do it all in php, asp, asp.net but if it takes time i will have to charge for the time but i love this forum especially that twey guy so i can include featues such as tracking, user personailsation, etc... just post specific details of what you want.
