assigment - inplementing a buletinboard to a website

hi i got a task from a web-design assigment and i got

"write a short report of no more than 1000 words describing how you would implement the bulletin board feature of the website"

can anyone pls help me ? or redirect me to a link, tried googling but didnt find much information.

This isn't complex. And, no, we're not going to write a report for you.

If you're talking about a forum, which it sounds like you are, all you need to do is get the "software" (webpages), install (set up with the database, etc.) on your server, then setup the different forums, catergories and topics, and change settings for users, etc. to your liking. Done.
Note that you can buy or download for free various different message boards.

I always got smacked by my mom when I tried to get other people to do my homework for me..

Course we only had BBS systems on a 1200 baud external modem.. and the dot matrix spool printer took for ever to spool pages from the IMB 8088 :P
