Does anyone know what this might be? Dreamweaver automaticaly adds this to new documents:

Refreshes the page if using Navigator 4 and the window has been resized. I think it's a workaround for a bug, although an irritating one, especially for those with slow connections. I doubt anyone will be using Navigator 4 any more anyway, though, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
