HI,

I am about to build/learn a horizontal menu with text and css. It appears from my searching that I will be unable to specify widths and heights of inline elements, but rather just adjust the padding to increase the size of the space around the text, is this true ?

I ideally want to use html text for the buttons but am unsure as to whether I should, instead, use javascript within a table to help build a horizontal navigation.

Any thoughts?
