Is there a Images Left/Right Scroll script?

I'm not sure what the script would be called but YouTube has it. It displays 5 images in a single row then have a < > arrow on both sides that allow the user to scroll and view more images. the "My Video Subscriptions" box on YouTube uses it. Is there a script on DD that does that?
