IFrames SSI Script II

Hi i love this script but the problem that i am having is incorporating it into a applet menu. My goal is to have my menu (made by xara menumaker and runs on an external .JS file) open the pages in the Iframe. I can get the standard links to work but when it comes to the menu it just opens in the main window, or a new window. Any help would be wonderful.
