Fold-out external menu

Hi all,
I am trying to put the Fold-out external menu on the same page as a java applet, but the problem is this: When I load the page the Fold-out external menu works perfect but when I load the java applet it goes above the menu. Live example here-scroll your mouse to the left the menu appears choose a world and the world will load "over" the menu.

Any help is greatly appretiated.

PS. I have put the java applet in an iframe, so that solution doesnt fix it.
