Double-Reverse Drop Down Jump Menus

Hi all...
This is my first on the board
Has anyone ever seen two drop down jump menus that when you select in either one...the other changes? I have seen where you select in one drop down that the other changes...but how about the same for the one that changes...if you select it, it will change the first one? Does anyone have any scripts on this ? Thankyou!

I am making up a form that will have two dropdowns...one for which department to mail to and the next will change according to which department is picked and it will be the subject. Here is the clincher...some people have subject in mind but dont know which department, so Id like this thing to work in reverse as well...so picking the subject will change the department. Is this even possible with this script
