Form Handler Problem

I have an issue with a form handler script. The form itself works great and it posts the form results to my form handler that I am using, but here is my dilemna. I want the form to post to a new file otherwise each time someone fills out the form, the results will overwrite the previous results. I know there has to be a fairly easy solution, but I am a newbie. Thanks
