help needed

Hello all the CSS-gurus out there, I am a total CSS newbie(my first encounter with it ^^) and I wanted to add some CSS to my website, and need to do it within this few days, so it's pretty urgent. Dang. Well, I got the scripts for the CSS Drive (the CSS Library) but I dont know how to use them!! I tried all ways but they just won't work when I preview them in browser(used Dreamweaver).

I need those scripts to work offline, as this website project is suppose to be viewed offline, meaning the images link is suppose to be in url("/images/my_image.gif") right? Tried, but still got error? Still not sure what's linking, calling, functions and etc, so, anyone minding teaching me a bit? Or just give me the whole script which works just by copying and pasting? i wanted to learn but for the time being, I gues I can only 'cheat' a bit, lol. Thanks a million for ya guys help. ^^

CSS Pop-up Image Viewer
Underline horizontal Menu

I don't know how many times I posted a response to a thread on a message board then afterward noticed the date. Once I spent over an hour reasearching to help someone out. After I posted I saw that the thread was 5 yrs old.
