Question Need Help with creating two scrolls (Mike's Scroll)

I'm using a slightly tweaked version of Mike's Scroll on our school's homepage. I'm looking for a way to create a second scroll (in the Scores and Highlights box just like the News and Events scroll). Could anyone possibly help me out?
    Thanks in advance!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I can get one scroll or the other to work, but not both at the same time- not sure if this makes a difference! It may be something simple that I've overlooked, so feel free to point out the obvious!

The issue here is having two scripts; they are conflicting with an overlapping variable, etc.
Basically.... you need to change all the variables so they are unique, or recode the function so you can use it for both.

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't really know how.

Have patience, and perhaps someone will have an answer for you

Thanks, part of the mod to this mod is that I am using Typo3 as the CMS where I am pulling the news items out of a SQL database. I have figured out how to make it pull from the database (as is evident from the working scroll) but I'm fighting that second scroll...
