Marquee in title

Just wondered if it was possible to add a Marquee into the title of a html document?

Why not? Is there a specific reason why you should not try this?

It messes not only with the browser window, an important user interface element that shouldn't be tampered with, but also, potentially, the window manager. For example, say somebody had their window manager set to display windows in alphabetical order, and you used a script that repeatedly changed the title. What do you think would happen to the user's taskbar?
Screen readers, too, might have many troubles with it.
