inventory management

I am doing some free work for our hobby club.. we do have our online forum and all those things..in additon to that we have library where users can come to office and get the books and sometimes some equipments for there travel,trekking,rockclimbing

now I want to maintain all these data that which book/equipment is with whom..like that
I guess ther is some readymade php script for that..
if any one can help me for that pleas let me know

Learn php and mysql (and html, if you don't know it already).
Then it's easy.

Without more info, it's a very hard thing to give a script for... there are some many variables, and if you don't know php, then the script would also need to include an admin page.... I doubt you'll find a script this compex around.

Give more details and maybe there's something that will work.
