Default Top Navigational Bar III (v3.5.1)

In the description of this code on the site it says that it can be relatively positioned, however I can't find the area to relatively position.

    Can someone help?

Sorry...I figured if someone had used the code already they would know - plus new to the forum thing.

    Ok - here goes.

My draft site: http://www.lynxdezzine.com/uc/index1.html (this is rough rough draft...for layout etc.)

    Default Additional Question....

If this code actually can't be relatively positioned...is there another script that someone could suggest?

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am not sure if the 'positioning' that the creator of the code mentioned is related to the drop-downs or the entire navigation bar. If it can be relatively positioned....please...please please...let me know.

    Thanks!
