chrome menu issse in firefox

hi im pretty new to dealing with css, but im have trouble with the chrome menu on DD.

I downloaded everthing that they give me (didnt toutch a thing in it)
put it into my site (which is on the web, not just on my computer) for a test run and noticed that it wouldn't read the external css in firefox."<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="chrometheme/chromestyle.css" />" (but it does works in ie, safari, opera)

funny, cuz it works fine on the DD site in firefox

anyways, there have been other cases out there dealing with firefox external css not working. (something about the wrong MIME Type...not sure what that is all about?)

i could really use some help on this one, i've tried everything that i can think of...
