CSS Popup Image Viewer

With this particular popup image viewer, how do i set an exact area where the image should popup.

Hi,
would you use Javascript instead? I don't know how to control popup in css but using javascript you can certainly do that.
I saw examples of javascript driven popups on Dynamic drive's site.

Its just that with css i dont have to use tables and have greater control. Any other ideas anyone. I will be trying the javascript though

I would like that the image popsup in a specific are of the window regardless of the resolution
