A computer out there that does not show my background

[well being by design]

My website www.wellbeingbydesign.com has a gray background. I use a styles css file, and I use HTML bgcolor="#CCCCCC" in the body section. Everywhere I go I check my website and on only one computer there is no gray background. I tried to install Java to see if the gray background would show up, to no avail. Do you know why my friend cannot see my gray background on his computer?
