Scripts + wordpress

i have moved my website to wordpress because it enables e to get a blog and pages powered by FAlbum

Now when I put the scrpit header in header.php and the rest of the code to a page the script does not work at all

a traditional page automatically calls the header.php part which is gonna be its head that's why I put the code there.

When trying to edit a page a message pops up and tells me a script has been disable

How can mke script work in wordpress?

It sounds as though this WordPress thing deliberately interferes with scripts placed on the page. While there may be a way around it, this would likely be in breach of your contract, so we're not allowed to help.
