Image w/ description tooltip

I am using http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...agetooltip.htm When you rollover an image and it pops up the box it will let a user click a link in the box it just keeps moving left and right of the cursor. What option should I change to fix this?

That's actually intentional, as the pop up box is meant to act as a tooltip, not a drop down menu where the user can click inside links inside it.
