resizing frame?

Hello,

I hope I would explain what I want, it looks like a complex thing

First of all, my template will be looked basically like this.

Second, I want that white div frame of the page to be opened and closed like curtain effect, but only in frame, not the page. This is the resizable part I mentioned in the topic title which I want to know how to do and put in action. I guess it would be made in javascript.

Finally, my links will be placed in black parts so It would be good to merge with a ajax content. Which means, when I clicked the link, the white box will be closed and my wanted link will be opened, the height of the div tag will be identified by the content of the link.

Is is possible to merge these things? If so, which codes should I use? Or the JS had already made by another person?

First of all ... which frame are you talking about??I don't see any frames??
