Pausing up-down Scroller in IE

In my forum phpBB2 in the index page the scroller works fine (in IE ver 6.0) but in the topic page (next level of the web page) it shows "Intializing RSS scroller..."

Same is the case with my other web pages where I used the overall_header of the forum ie., in www.starf1.com and in www.starf1.com/forum/news.php

But the same script works fine in Opera and Firefox!
