Can someone help me? I don't know what script this could be

Hello everyone,

Great site by the way... Have a quick question. Don't know what this type of script this is called and can't find it on this site.

I will be having a very large page with lots of info on it.

I Want to be able to add the categories at the top. When someone clicks on that category it will take them to that section on that page. When they are done they can click "go back to top".

Do you know the name of this script by any chance.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
