I have been setting up some of my pages to use the Cool ToolTip II. I have found the delay action I needed on this forum but I still need help trying to make some of the tips "sticky".

I would like to add HTML links in the tool tip. I have found other tooltip scripts that do this but I like the functionality of the DynamicDrive tooltip.
