clear your browser history, especially firefox will play flash from your computer history forever....

basically you have problem with relative links - dreamweaver does it...
looking at your page source, your flash is not loaded at all, your flash gallery is placed in a relative link folder...

you should start with
myVideo_mc._visible = false;

when a person click on the video link
my Video_mc._visible = true;

basically it look like a list of variable that is called from the flash file, in this case they call it "html". (you can convert it to xml but it will do the same thing and you will need to modify...

it is possible if you have your text dynamically linked from XML file, then you can create function that search the xml and point to a frame or if you use deep linking to a flash page :)

just put the text in a new layer above the black background rectangle
