I've been using this "include" stuff we've worked on for 4 months. It is working correctly however when I load the page, the bottom half loads quickly but then the "included" part loads 4-5 seconds...

I somehow managed to get to the website on my wife's ipad and I don't see the 3 horiz bars. I know what THAT looks like...

my site: lotatennis.com works fine on IE11 and Chrome. My wife pulled it up on her ipad and iphone and the blue menu bar was missing 7 tabs.

Well, it was working for the first part of the header. When I added the rest of the header (the ddsmoothmenu), it didn't work.
I did add that 1 line for ajaxsetup. The new header3.html is shown...
