All Levels Navigational Menu not collapsing to "hamburger" mode on mobile

3) Describe problem: This script is not collapsing to "hamburger menu" mode when on mobile/tiny device width like it should. I have it installed on our site - https://www.amphigory.com/ and it's not dropping down to a hamburger menu when on a mobile device/tiny device width like it should. What could I have missed? I have the blank href/span with the proper id's and classes and such. And the mql is set to the "screen and (max-device-width: 480px)" one.
