1) Script Title: Responsive Hybrid Menu

3) Describe problem: The problem is that the sub menus are not appearing when the cursor is hovering on the top level buttons. I am including a link to the code I have and what the problem is.

So the first thing I checked was your website and I noticed you have a whole bunch of errors

That's happening because jQuery isn't being loaded.Code:hybridmenu.js:9 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Now check this error -

The browser will not load the resources, so the script breaks.
In chrome if you select the insecure content blocked and click "allow unsafe scripts", the website works fine. You'll need to load the resources over https.
