Pausing Up-Down Scroller - character limit?

3) Describe problem: There appears to be a serious character limit on for the content of the scrolled message. I have 11 "known issues" to enter - each has a 20 - 40 character title, and 2 - 3 sentences. I can only enter about 2.5 of them before it stops working. I've tested it by adding a few words at a time, so I'm 99% sure it is simply b/c I've met some character limit. Can this be changed? And if so, how/where? I need a LOT more space.


I'm a SERIOUS NEWBIE to html and working on websites, so if you answer, please keep it super simple. Talk to me like I'm an novice, because I am! :)
