Featured Content Slider works despite autorotation is disabled

Hello
To achieve pause on mouseover when autorotation enabled I have searched forum and successfully changed script according to forum threads. Now it is okay and it pauses on mouseover when autorotate enabled. But if I disable auotrotation and mouseover the items after mouseout it auto rotates again. Despite autorotation is disabled it starts to animate after mouseover and mouseout the items. Thanks
