On the left and right side menu

Hi all
Is it possible that the menu from this link is http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm was on the left (and the submenu was opening to the right - as in the original) and also on the right side of the screen (the submenu was opening to the left)?
I tried to change the settings in the ddlevelsmenu.js script and nothing was done in css. Where you need to make changes to achieve the effect of two menus while maintaining responsiveness.
I already have CSS Liquid Layout #3.1 on my site. The left menu would be on Very soft green background and right on Soft yellow background.
